but according to my SolusVM admin the VPS on specified IP address is suspended.
as Andy says, this is normally caused by the wrong netmask on the VPS in question. But other causes could be applications using the network on an unusual way or viruses. In the past, we found a few unusual cases like this, and they mostly were with Windows VMs.

Give us your IP and we'll be able to check better.

All the illegal activity is not allowed on my VPS node servers. Normal procedure for my clients is: one complain (above stated activity) and the service is suspended as for data is destroyed without any excuses!

I have setup the VPS for customers to avoid any issues with OVH network settings and used exactly as stated on URLs:

http://help.ovh.co.uk/IpAlias/
http://help.ovh.co.uk/BridgeClient/

to get the ipv6 working I have disabled the "IP Stealing & ARP Attack" option in SolusVM as it's cause the issue with IPv6.

My settings were correct, so it was bizarre...

It's usually a Broadcast issue, it's normally the last IP in the block - to set it to I mean.

I once received something similar, contacted support about it, but engineers didn't seem to understand what it was about, so i simply ignored it...

It was like a year ago.

Does OVH has system which shows incorrect information?

False information is not first time OVH emails me and sounds to me that the OVH system is full of crap. Do your engineers test the system before it's used?
