AS39138 blocked?

Might be a misunderstanding, it isn't that they're blocking ICMP for OVH ranges, there seems to be full blown connectivity issues.

the blockage is on their routers, and it is good to put some requests to the owner of those routers. I've passed it on to our network engineers aswell. Both paths are possible ways to get this resolved

Surely that's OVH's responsibility given it's your network he's using?

seems that they've blocked it on their network. I would suggest you to contact them and ask them the reason or to remove the blacklisting

From all my OVH boxes. Fine from everywhere else, UK NL DE US AU etc.

And yea I know it isn't just ICMP blocking, I've done numerous TCP/UDP tests to that AS, nothing seems to respond .
