Hello, I'm wondering if anyone on these forums has encountered the same problem; or is willing to help.

I am trying to install JDK 6 Update 7 onto my server, but there is something wrong with the installer. "Due to do with either windows running in safe mode, or something corrupt with the file". But I have installed this file 3 days prior to trying to install it today.

Any help is appreciated,

Have you tried re-downloading the installer? Its possible it simply downloaded corrupt and re-downloading will correct it.
