Does anyone know if the b/w is still 5TB/Month?

Cheers.
Therefore, you must:
Have a Virtual Rack (vRack)
Have a dedicated servers which us SP, EG, MG or HG (1Gb/s) (Gigabit and Fast Ethernet) with the option for professional use.
Be able to connect via SSH (for Linux servers)
i guess so

When will you guys start deploying the mSPs? It's been almost 4 days since I ordered now
Uhm those points are only relative for certain applications. What you should really do is run a tough FTB/minecraft server and see how much cpu is being used.
e5 1620/1650 are quite a bit better than e3 1245/1270

From the CPU's I've checked that OVH offer, the £50/mo server has best single threaded performance.
OVH should make a comparison table.

Mini SP SSD - Intel Xeon E3 1245v2 (4 core 8 thread) - £50/mo - 1,991 points
EG 64G Hybrid - Intel Xeon E5-1620 @ 3.60GHz (4 core 8 thread) - was about £130/mo - 1,929 points.

I know that now the more expensive servers are getting hexa/octo cores and that's only a quad core but not everyone hosts multi threaded applications. That CPU in the £50 is slightly better for me than the current £130/month one.
OVH could offer some super 4 core CPUs in the EG range for the few of us who are hosting single threaded stuff and would be better off with 4 super cores than 6 or 8 less good cores. Or am I the only one? Probably.

open a ticket with the logs showing that's still at 100Mbps. Add the output for:

Thanks

ah a shame but not too bad.
as per my email interested to see exactly how you're doing it, i assume using the ingress shaping in the nexus series, but..

I did research and looks like they probably applying egress filtering on their nexus 7ks, so i'd say it is probably 1gbps inbound, but 200mbps to everything else, including other servers on the same FEX or switch.

Yep confirmed by Neil, the Nexus 7k + FEX solution they are using means it is 200Mbit ingress and egress on the mSP.

But I have an old Kimi with RIPE blocks from when you could get them.
Guess it just depends on what you want to use it for
I agree.

Right now:
http://www.ovh.co.uk/dedicated_servers/mini-sp.xml it is £3 more expensive per month plus you need professional use option to use any RIPE IP block otherwise it is a good deal.

That 32GB Ram will come in handy for VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and tinkering with Hyper V

Well I have two Kimsufi KS R-8G servers which are around £60 per month, so I think its a no brainer that I will be cancelling them and purchasing the Mini-SP on payday with 32GB ram and 4TB of HD space, its a no brainer and its £20 cheaper

Oh and I also see an update to the Kimsufi range soon due to KS R-16G being £1 more expensive than this new MiniSP which makes it pointless to buy.
Are these servers going to be available in BHS anytime soon?
Wow that would suck if they Do not upgrade you what a price even with 32gb of ram
its this a limited time only?

Will I still be paying £59.99?

When did the miniSP go 1gbps? i had the i5 range that came with 16gb of ram a few months back it was only 100mbit max and now its on
1Gbps with 200Mbps of guaranteed bandwidth at a cheaper price? I might have to grab that
can you reach close to 1gbps? whats the average
