So first, looks like they are indeed using Nexus egress shaping, so the servers are 1Gbit NIC, switchport 1Gbit, inbound 1Gbit (internal/external), but only 200Mbit outbound (internal/external).

Also looks to be in RBX-1 DC, Rack 06B12, switch sw.74.245/31 IP 91.121.74.x

which as above, isn't quite true, inbound is 1Gbps.
