I spoke to someone from support the other day because mine was/is the same and apparently this is normal, until they manually check your payment.

Hi all,

I have read that there are currently issues with stock etc but i`m a bit worried if my order has been placed properly.

I've ordered a KS16G to replace my current server. I paid the invoice straight away but haven't received any confirmation as to the current state of the order. I received an invoice email but nothing to say its been paid.

When i go to the invoice it says we manually check your payment but there has been no update for a couple of hours.

I've also raised a ticket with OVH direct but so far have had no reply.

Thanks for any help
