I wouldn't recommend that with Windows at all. Linux will run well on that, but Windows has higher memory requirements and that "VRAM" stuff isn't just up to par for it.

It's unfortunate because I really wanted it to work out and actually be quick enough for some basic business web hosting. It's quite sad that I'll need to find another route now.

What spec is (or was) it? That sounds really rather slow.

I know a few people who do VPS's but I wanted one based on cloud tech if I could. However it seems that this is just ridiculous speeds. I mean it took 15 minutes to install Chrome (using Windows btw, not a great choice I know). Loading chrome takes over 60 seconds at best. It's just not snappy at all, and I bet it's all because of the VRAM being SSD based. SSD's are easily 25x slower than RAM and that doesn't go well with an OS.

Sending an e-mail to support now. This VPS is useless in this state.

Never been a fan of VPS.

Once you have been down the dedicated server route VPS are pretty disappointing.

Well I've got the server but I'm not impressed with the speed so far The testing will continue but it might be a refund job for this one I'm afraid.

order created 25min ago in progress. Give it just a little bit more and it should be done. Unless there is any bug, VPS orders are delivered within 1-2 hours

How long do VPS's take to set up? I ordered a Windows Cloud VPS for some testing I want to do, but it's not appeared in my manager yet nor have I had any e-mails for it besides a payment confirmation.
