How you can be responsible for this:

I you are violating intellectual property, by making available thousands of files stored in the hard disks of users in MP3 or WMA format in order that they can be downloaded.

The files are not stored on the server and I asked for what files we are talking about. Nobody answer me. I want a proof! and I will ban those users for sharing whatever files, but I cant ban them for no reason.
