Exactly, they have the numbers and timeframe, if there was "unexpected surprises" and deadline is not real anymore, it's not hard to calculate new deadline, when you know how many orders you have and how many servers can you deliver in 24 hours.
OVH HQ should send this info to all branches, so everyone gets this info. Actually, would be nice to report every day.
UK support has nothing to blame here, they are miles away from where the real action is.
Makes me wonder, how can you do business like that, is this common in france? Deadlines means nothing, no info to clients, only estimates that are not met. Credibility will be lost like that.
