The sad thing is, since Oles made those announcements on the 19th they must be able to see if the estimates are going to be met and if not then they could have updated the estimates but they haven't.

Exactly, they have the numbers and timeframe, if there was "unexpected surprises" and deadline is not real anymore, it's not hard to calculate new deadline, when you know how many orders you have and how many servers can you deliver in 24 hours.

OVH HQ should send this info to all branches, so everyone gets this info. Actually, would be nice to report every day.
UK support has nothing to blame here, they are miles away from where the real action is.

Makes me wonder, how can you do business like that, is this common in france? Deadlines means nothing, no info to clients, only estimates that are not met. Credibility will be lost like that.

Would be amazing if Oles can live up to his words and all SP servers will be delivered today.

What makes me feel sad is that, how are people who ordered server the same day, got their servers yesterday.

Translates: Order made 19 and delivered 24, that is yesterday.

those are the estimated times coming directly from our managing director, so they are precise as he can tell at that moment, and that's what we're aiming for, the goals for delivery times.

If there is any other update, we'll post it in the forum, so you'll be kept in the loop.
