My heart goes out to AndrewNylon :-) He personally got some of my serious threads closed and at times made me so annoyed I stupidly answered him back. I then realised by ignoring all his posts, he lost the very thing he was seeking.

Happily he now has lost forum access till he comes back in through another route...

Or even better..... get a hose, attach it to the car exhaust, get in car, open window, put hose through window, close window until it grabs the hose, then turn the ignition.... there, no more trolling.

There are always disagreements in forums! It's public discussion, that's the whole point of them. However, people just need to learn where to stop and no retaliate. Whilst I don't agree with the point of this thread, I do agree with everything Trapper said....apart from putting it all in here (It shouldn't happen at all!) and in all the time I've been in this forum, it's very rarely I've seen a post closed. It's only recent events and new members to the forum that have caused threads to be closed.

Hi All,

I am tired of finding a thread to which I can contribute, post something meaningful, and then seeing the thread closed. This happened recently on a thread about withdrawal of "alignment billing".

I cannot blame S0phie for closing the thread, as 80% of the responses were trolling to and fro.

This particular thread even featured a collection of posts about people ignoring one-another.

There are also many other threads which I try to read, only to give up while trying to extract meaning from between the bit**ing.

As others have suggested, the Trolling, B**ching, Fighting should happen in a thread of it's own. This, rather than filling up decent threads with nothing but drivel.

So to that end, can those who wish to Troll and Fight do so under this thread, and leave the rest of us to use the forum in a "positive-only-posting" way that it should be.
