I've raised a case to have it killed off as I can't seem to do anything with it, it's perpetually stuck in a session creation state.

I have a PCA session created on 17/08/2013 that seems to be perpetually stuck in the "Creation of session" state.
Is there something I need to do to Kill it, I had assumed it would just time out eventually but it looks like it hasn't and there doesn't seem to be a way to delete it in the new control panel.
