Thanks but I would prefer test file in real server, because OVH (test) server or route can be tweaked to show best possible outcome.

If the speed is good, I might consider RBX as an alternative.

2) They have a total disregard for order number queue.

What date did you order it?

I ordered the mSP SSD, apart from the fact I wanted the faster disks more than the space, I also assumed being more expensive it would be less of a queue.

If you also ordered the SSD then something is very wrong.

Hi cascada, I just tested the ping and it was 10ms from close to London on Sky Fibre, so very pleased with that.

Once my hangover subsides a little I'll try and get a file up there for you to test. My brain is not working yet tho :-)

For what it's worth, I had ordered an mSP in RBX on the 30th July and on Friday night decided, even with that much time on order, I figured it was a better risk to order a new one in Gravelines.

Cancelled my order and opened a new one in Gravelines and it was delivered first thing Sunday morning. I have only just got back from being away for the weekend, but will take a look at speed and pings shortly

To deliver all delayed mSP on RBX and SBG, we will probably contact the customer to propose them the same server in GRA.

You also need to check when your payment went through as that's a true representation of when OVH put you in the queue for your server order.
