Delivery update for SP servers - please give us one
I ordered in gra on the 11th and haven't received it. Other people who ordered in gra last week. Have already received there's. So surely I should have received mine before the people that ordered after me. For the same server and the same data centre ?

The OVH UK team can't tell you anything because they don't know themselves...
The only guy that knows is oles (CEO), and he's french.

According to OVH's previous update (19/08/2013) the mSP servers in GRA should all be delivered by now. They clearly haven't been and there has been a resounding silence from OVH on the matter.
Please can you update your customers with regards to what is going on. Really, it's customer service 101.
