1. It's on a 100mpbs line, I know about 2 weeks ago I asked for it to be changed but that was at the old data center. Ticket logged for that one
2. Wanted a different partition, so did a reinstall, and it's stuck at step 3 and keeps failing so now got a server i cant use... ticket logged again
It just keeps getting better and better....
for 1:
yes, to speed up deliveries, servers that requested so may have been delivered on a 100Mbps switch, and they'll be upgraded as soon as possible.
Did you open a ticket? Ticket number?
For 2:
what OS is it? If you give me the server name or number, we'll see if we can give you more info, but normally, the engineers are aware of the failed installations and will intervene ASAP

Someone's taking the piss now
What OS do you have? Could you run these commands from the host machine (no VM if you happen to use virtualization):
# wget
ftp://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/c...i386-DVD-3.iso -O /dev/null
# wget
ftp://ftp.ovh.net/test.bin -O /dev/null
