when I got my mSP, the server info email went into my spam folder. The invoice that came on same day was OK and went into my inbox.

You can also see in OVH Manager exactly what emails have been sent.

I dont think KS gets priority over the PRO range (SP/MG/EG) etc, more likely the other way around.

The KS parts are more available that the higher end servers as they are produced and bought in more quantity. Also folks who order HG servers are less likely to post here as compared to the rest of us, so it just feels like KS is getting processed faster.

They use what ever CPU they can get when they are building the server. sometimes they might give you a better CPU then what is advertised
