Depends entirely upon which IP your machine gets from the DNS.
Relakks tend to overload their servers. Not enough remaining static IPs = Error 800.
Wait a while (for someone to log off and release an IP) and it will connect.

I can't connect to Relakks pptp VPN. I'm keep receiving error 800 even with firewall turned off (win 2003 server).
On not-OVH servers its working. Any idea why I can't connect?
