my server still on 100mbps port

after waiting almost exactly 2 months (1 day earlier) my server has upgraded to 200 mbps port
using hetzner to wget to my ovh server i got
2013-10-07 13:46:44 (71.5 MB/s) - `10GBtest.zip' saved [243452080/243452080]
and using my server to wget cachefly i got
100%[======================================>] 104,857,600 29.8M/s in 3.4s

2013-10-07 13:50:49 (29.3 MB/s) - “100mb.test” saved [104857600/104857600]


so i get great speed inbound and outbound

check if its really 100mbit, mine said 100mbit but tested the speed and it was obviously not.

No. My 100mbps machine got upgraded weeks ago.

It's an automatic upgrade to gigabit if you were delivered a server with 100mbit.

Why not raise a ticket or call in as you're an mSP customer and not one of us lowly KS range customers

Should have waited for gigabit delivery. You're not going to be put ahead of msp orders that still haven't been delivered.

got the server at 2013-08-07 in rbx and has since then been on 100 mbps port. the staff doesnt know or when they will upgrade the switch and oless is ignoring me. Is it the same with other customers with msp in rbx`?
