Speed Problems.

That's normal, you should get near 100Mbit/s speeds between servers within the OVH network but it's unlikely you'll get speeds that fast on one connection to anywhere outside the network.

You might find that 10 people can all download at 10Mbit/s if they are on good connections themselves: 10x10 = 100Mbit/s

Tried that one...

Ok a quick update. The speed has gone up but only when we have loads of connections going. Just one connection to another Gbit server i know that is based in paris only gets 10Mbit max out of my suposed 100Mbit port. Could this please be sorted.

I don't remeber exactly what it's. I have no windows here. Sorry
I'm a linux man. But I heart on the support that some customers
have a strange bandwidth limitation with Windows and it was a
question of an option. Maybe it's not exaclty what I heart or
understood. I will check it with the support.

did you test it on Linux ? I know that there is some bandwidth
problems on Windows if you don't remove an option.

My server (ks301094) and is on windows server 2003.

Well had it for a few days now and i have never got over the 10mbps speeds and have been told that it is on a 100mbps port. I should be getting the speeds of a 100mbps port and not a 10 mbps port. Why would this be going at a 10mbps speed...
