Your head office should have "analyzed" the situation before it gotten out of hand instead of ignoring (new) customers.

I'm after a KS16G for my gaming community, so not business purposes or anything. We're kind of in limbo until we get one from yourselves as our last supplier went down and refuse to pay extortionate prices for things I don't need elsewhere.

P.S I'm fine with signing upto a minimum lease term or anything alike, I just need the server, or to atleast have an order on the system so my guys know I've made progress and that we will have it again.

Nope, as far as I'm aware, OVH do not plan to sell any servers until they sort out their issues.
