OVH Manager v3 - cannot login

Bonjour,

I cannot login to https://www.ovh.co.uk/managerv3/. It says "Mauvais identifiant: Impossible de se connecter" (Wrong user id: Can't Login). Also "Mot de passe perdu?" (Forgot your password?) - webpage https://www.ovh.co.uk/cgi-bin/nic/nicPassword.cgi - doesn't send me an e-mail (Although I am getting other e-mails from OVH!). I am 100% sure my NIC-handle and password is correct and my server is not expired until October.

//Note - this is what "Password change" tells me:
You will receive an email containing all information necessary about your password change.
To continue this procedure, check your email account (wait for the message).

Any help will be much appreciate.
