Well, hubic seems to be dead for months now...

I'm using Hubic on my enterprise 1gbps line and speed SUCKS, 40GB uploaded in 24hrs!!! WTF!??
I'm trying to complain in hubic forums but it seems not to be working...
I've also request support with the "support link" in the hubic web and it doesn't work...

You need to take into account that Hubic shows the speed in MegaByte and your ISP/speedtest is measured in MegaBIT (8*MB = Mbit)

VM is the most worst an oversold ISP in the UK. Dreedful service an support, if I can help it I'll never go back to them, love my Sky Fiber Pro, an English Dedicated Fiber Support, which Ive never used.. When I had virgin I was calling them what seemed constantly with issues..

If I remember I'll check out this when I get back home over Christmas an post my speeds

From work - except that the computer is connected to the Cisco phone, which is connected to the structured cabling, via a crappy switch, then into the network downstairs out over the fiber. My home connection is somewhat similar speed-wise to your test, I have VM as well.

the interface speeds are pretty much lousy also. In order to move 10MB of files from a directory to another one takes a ton.

Speeds downloading from Hubic are pretty poor - 1.70MB/s here

I asked that because VM's 1.5Gbps beta is the only ISP (that I know of) in the uk to use docsis3

But yeah, I have the "slow" package too ;(

You mustn't think very highly of VM if you think you need a 1.5Gb connection to get 8Mb down, which is below the UK average these days.

What other network tests have you done apart from trying to download something from OVH?

What speeds are you guys seeing?

I can't seem to go above 7Mb/s up & down.

My line is capable of 36/11.
