48/72 hour wait on a verification letter
Strangely enough I received my server log in details not long back.
Now to email support and ask why my Ubuntu Desktop after doing an update keeps telling me it requires a reboot to complete after I reboot

Couldn't they just phone the mobile you gave them for validation? because most people would back out if they actually have to speak to someone.

Whats this all about? Why am I having to wait days for a letter to arrive?
