No the FTP is not wiped (otherwise it defeats the point of the FTP backup )

Hi,
I am having issues with my MSP server and it simply won't turn on when I reboot via ManagerV3, So I booted it into recovery. I am transferring my important files to the FTP backup now, and I am going to reinstall the server, does the FTP backup get wiped when I reinstall? Many Thanks!
