Can you (OVH) please update me on this? I've had the Exchange 2013 product for 3 months now (two accounts) and there has been no confirmation yet when you will begin billing me for this. My question regarding how I will be billed has gone unanswered (will you bill me for all 3 months in one hit? or will you do something else).

Suddenly hitting me with a bill for both accounts for all unbilled months to date is not cool.

that's cool - but when you do start billing, how can I expect the first invoice to look? Will it be all un-billed months to date in one hit?

Neil,

I'm still waiting for a reply on this topic. When can I expect to be billed, and what options do I have? When I say options, I'm referring to the fact that I haven't been billed since the initial order, and I'm worried that OVH are going to hit me with an invoice for an amount equal to the unbilled period.

This is a problem because I cannot guarantee that you'll be able to debit me for an amount equal to the unbilled months (2 months x2). This is also a situation that OVH have created for themselves, so naturally I'm interested to find out more.

Any update?

I can see the card is added so when an order is generated the payment will be taken from the card, I can yours is monthly so only a monthly payment will be taken.

Hey Neil,

So I've added my card details in the managerv5 interface, should this be sufficient enough? Will it charge per month per account? I don't fancy being billed for a year upfront as there's two accounts to renew.

Hey,

Just spoken to Marc ? i think on the phone - he's said he's going to look into it. Not received any renewal reminders either for these, only received reminders for the dedicated servers I have with OVH.

hi neil,

it doesn't appear there upon logging in, all i can see are my two dedicated servers. I've tried on the link you've provided (without signing in) entering the 'Server reference' under the 'Hosted Exchange' menu for the product in question (all that displayed on here: https://www.ovh.com/manager/web/) but it doesn't appear to recognize this.

If you log into the OVH Manager V3 you should be able to renew them in here under my services or here https://www.ovh.co.uk/cgi-bin/order/renew.cgi#

hi guys,

i can't find anywhere that allows me to renew my exchange 2013 accounts - the manager you configure them via doesn't seem to suggest when they're up for renewal, and i'm concerned they'll expire without presenting the option to renew them :|
