TCP shouldn't need to be tweaked. US connections are multiple gbit connections so its probably the ISP's peering to the networks OVH use thats to fault. Ask them to post trace routes and pings to the server, and give them their location. Post them here and someone will have a look for you.

hi all does anyone no any tcp tweaks
i have some of my customers complaining about speed issues to the .us
i have 3 boxes with ovh running centos on 2 and debian on 1 so any tweaks would be helpfull
