Not sure what you mean as our payment system has never been in a development stage and this was a Finnish payment anyway.

Things can happen everywhere, but i think there should be no block process when there is no staff to address problems that may arise.

I used my points to alter a server's due date, and that took ages to complete, was sure it took over 24hours - it's faster paying by card!!
I doubt they will be looking here until Monday, so would suggest to send them an e-mail instead and call to follow it up.

Two of my servers at OVH have been suspended and I paid the invoices with my loyalty points. It says that the payment was successful, but needs manual confirmation. Therefore my servers are down and i consider this critical!
