You're just asking for a bad name if you use OVH to host customer sites or servers, heh, especially these days apparently!

Yet again OVH have dissapointed us, we added our server into the VRACK via our manager panel and the servers main additional ripe block went offline.
Removed it from the VRACK and still no joy......6 hours after raising a ticket I'm only to be told there has been an issue on the system and the IP block is now routed to cloud cuckoo land....maybe Oles can fetch it whilst hes up there!
Utter joke, 16 of our clients VM's unusable and the tech's answer is "just buy another block".
Was planning on buying more servers from OVH even with the setup fees....but that won't happen now, we will go to a company whom doesn't half arse everything and chop and change!
