When ever anyone mentions "Management", I always think of this:
A company is like a tree full of monkeys... It does not matter what level you are (how high), if you look down, you see Monkeys, if you look up, you see a**holes...

I have worked in IT my entire working life, in support, then networks/servers, then management and then development.
The only thing that really stressed me out was management as having to deal with staff moaning about everything and also creating usernames with no capitals ;-)
Eh..
Does it really matter? .
I mean really?
If this can stress you out, I doubt you'd get on well as a computer tech/admin or support staff .
(Tech, because it can get stressful when things don't work, and if your easily stressed, not such a good thing, and support because customers can ask the same questions a lot and sometimes things you disagree with, which if you're easily stressed, well you get the idea..)

Why do so many people when they create a username not use any capital letters? It's something that has been bugging me for a long time...
