This sounds like I might be charge the £20 inspection fee as mentioned on the website as a penalty to anybody trying to be helpful?

As you have previously been informed (by forum post, with some completely un-related title) "Alignment" can no longer be changed by less than 30. A change of 1 is not possible, due to the excess costs and charges. The Alignment change must be greater than 30.
Of course, if this was the KS2G forum alignment issue, then the minimum "Alignment" change would be 90.
No compensation will be offered, as it is a software issue, and only hardware is covered under the SLA.
