I am not using PA blocks.
If I have a IP block on enterprise range but transfer the IPs to a server on the Hosting range what happens to the IPs? Do I still pay monthly?

Supposedly they no longer support routing a PA block (used to, but they've stopped it).

You get 16+32 IPs and you only need to pay the setup fee. If you want more than 32 you pay monthly
Are you sure it`s just a setup fee? I asked the same question a month ago and was led to believe it`s per month.

How do I claim the 16+32 IPs? When I go to order a extra IP or IP block it isn't free.
