If it is in Rescue FTP then the server has been hacked or comprised, best to telephone the support to check.
Where is incident support?

MY SYS Server has been started in rescue mode with read only FTP details and no reason has been given with this action. Could some one please explain where can I see, read and reply to incident support messages?
