To be a little clearer than Danny...
The 2014 OVH Servers all have ECC
The SYS and KS Servers (Although some may think of these as OVH), do not have ECC Ram, despite the fact that SYS contained references to ECC for quite some time after launch.

As far as I can see it clearly says if its ECC or not on all of the server ranges, what website were you look at?
