I just checked the SYS and KS orders and they appear to be working. At what stage are you not able to order the server?

For SYS and KS servers, you would need to create a new NIC account to manage the server. For SYS they would end with
-sys and for KS they will end with -ks. It's not possible to use your existing -ovh NIC for SYS and KS servers.
