Are my drives healthy?

drives with massive seek error rates will still pass, but will have terrible performance.

SMART won't show problems until days or hours before failure, but from what I've been told by people i've been pestering, massive quantities of seek errors are a huge performance loss,

I can't seem to get a group of answers that all lean toward one direction or the other on raw read errors yet, seems 50/50 "ignore it" and "disk is dying".

Take of that what you will. run a long smart test.

I've seen people complain that they've got PASSED before, but the drives failed.

I have an OVH server with two HDDs in Hardware Raid 1. I'm seeing large numbers in my Smart Reports and not sure whether they mean the drives are dying.
