Turns out this is possible. You get a license key valid for Plesk 10 or later. Just install Plesk in a VM, order the license from the OVH manager, download the license key file, and then upload it to Plesk.

Hi,
OVH offer a 30 domain license of Plesk with virtual machines. The only way I can find to get this is to install a Plesk distribution directly on the server through the OVH manager. Can the free license be applied to a virtual machine instead?
