Hello,
Not sure if anyone can help but I did some updates following that I restarted the server but my RDP was not working after that and so I went into the manager and did a reboot on the server. Since then I have not been able to ping the server while it has been in "hd" mode and one of the techs in an incident ticket said that the server is stuck in a "boot loop". The win-rescue mode works and I have disabled the firewall just in case that was the problem but I have still had no luck. Has anybody got any ideas on how I can go about diagnosing and fixing this problem?
