I have twice...I have had a reply now though. Just asking me to reboot my VPS. I was unsure how this would help as the KVM should load regardless of the OS..regardless of whether the OS is even loading (I thought that was the point in KVM). Anyway, even after the reboot..still not working. The only reason I tried to use the KVM was because I lost SSH access. I managed to gain access another way but I still want the KVM fixed.

Hi Guys,

Just wondered if anyone else has a Cloud VPS from OVH? I'm having issues with the KVM not working. I emailed support on 22/04 and Neil escalated to an Incident on 25/04 - Great. Been waiting since the 25th now to get it sorted, I've had one 'Frenglish' reply on the incident on the 26/06 saying "Dear Customer, The problem is being checked. You will have details at the level of this ticket. " - I guess that means they will reply to the ticket. Still waiting for a fix/response after this. Grr.
