Me too, but as Neil works for OVH, and they have nothing to do with Kimi's any more, he can be forgiven for not knowing both old and new ranges have options for multiple drives...

Again, same here, I asked "Marks" so many times about this the Blue Man Group wanted to employ me...

Still, I have returned a third of my KS/OVH servers, and more will follow.

If anyone at OVH is in the slightest bit interested (which I know they are not); no amount of changes will make me want to come back. It is the constant-changes, and goal-post-moving that turn us away. I have a server at Rapid Switch, which has had NO changes to T's&C's, Price or anything in the three years I have had it. I had a server with Fasthosts for over 5 years - guess what - no changes what-so-ever in that time.

...And as for raising the price of Windows 2008 R2 Web Ed...? This is still just €9.76 at LeaseWeb, not £16.99+vat...

I really do hope they sort out support for old Kimsufis. I'm paying more for mine than some SYS servers but get worse support, even though the support that was included when I bought the server was equal or better than SYS support.

Just glad I am now saving ~£45 since all IPs are free.....

One other thing, I'm surprised the KS forum isn't falling over, there must be thousands of KS's out there but I hardly see any posts on that forum, apart from drive failures, which half are unanswered for days....

edit:

Took to asking Octave:

Tbh, support comes in many forms... I'd like to know if I had a billing issue (god forbid), I guess I would still need to use the forum and wait days for a response?

There's too many discrepancies at ovh..... saying kimi's aren't for business use, yet saying they can, and then asking "companies" to supply their vat number to remove vat, non-existent forum only support, blah blah.....it just irritates me how OVH is run.
Kimsufi support is done via the forums, including billing issues. Of course you can use Kimsufi servers for business use but we would not recommend them for critical services because of the single hard drives and no SLA.

I assume they're just all sold out, there was a few there when I checked a few days ago.

Has the range stopped or are you just having another sold out period on kimsufis as page is empty
