Hi, yes if you choose Windows-15988 it will renew the server for another month. You can ignore the older one above.

Not being too pedantic (I hope) but the upper and lower one are both referenced 15988. The upper one in the bar above it, and the lower in the text of it.

No - not sorted yet.

The question is actually about the item which appears twice; which is MSSQL. The Windows licence only appears once in the image.

Can you please confirm if selecting just the lower of the two "£23 MSSQL"'s will actually renew the server properly.

Hi There,

So I have one of my servers up for renewal shortly...

It seems I need to select TWICE for the SQL Server to be renewed. Can this please be corrected, so I only have one drop-down to select renew-or-not (for SQL) on this server.




I cannot see any need to have to select this twice.
