...when it asked for the first I tried upper and lower case. Still no dice.

Later still, I tried again, and it offered a completely different question, that it managed to do without fault...

Not holding out much hope for a reply, still do not understand why I need to access a different forum to manage billing issues on my OVH account..!

So, I need to ask a question about a KS server.

So I go to the Kimsufi Forum, and try to login.

As always, can't remember the password, so I try the recovery option:


I had to have Chrome translate this for me, but OVH is OVH in French... Right...?


No... Apparently NOT...!

Can anyone please answer the random question for me?
