I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. Further to the email sent by my colleague yesterday evening, we were trying to get some updates this morning regarding the delivery of your server. Your ticket is now in high priority with our production team. I will keep an eye on your order and hopefully give you some updates by email by the end of the day.

Today is 6th day when I placed order for MG-128. It was saying 72 hours that time. I am yet to receive server details. I am talking to support from past 3 days days and they still not sure about the ETA.

What is really going on?
