called them and there response was sorry, i will ping line 2 guys to get it up. and thats it.... 24 hours estimation is not 4 days...

i find it hard to take ovh seriously even when i want to. 5 day wait on a 24 hour order time setup. i dont know how i can positively respond to that or any of my customers could if thats the service i offered.

Have you tried phoning them ? - You may not have any luck, but worth a try ?

No email as of yet. OVH just dont take into account that there customers run business's also and buy off demand. Its disappointing.

Got the email confirming payment and said the order will be verified promptly, nothing since then.

Yep, also waiting on a SYS-IP-1 which I ordered on Thursday and it said 24 hours at the time, still not got it! Yet I ordered an SP-64 from OVH last night, said 24 hours, got it within a matter of a few hours.

Definitely something wrong somewhere!
