My apologies, I didn't notice it was from the SYS sub forum. You would add the email address as the backup email to the account.
Afterwards, you could contact support for us to replace the primary email with the backup email. This will enable to you to change
the email address on SYS accounts.

You can change your primary email address for OVH at:

Manager >> Administration >> My Settings >> Personal Information.

If your having issues with FTP access via the OVH manager, please contact support so we can check this for you.

The Email that I log in with and all of my OVH emails get sent to..

Is in correct, How do you think it could be changed and how long?

I also have trouble logging to FTP via OVH Manager
