I have read many posts that claim Canadian HBN DC to have very poor Network peering and capacity.
does RBX have better Network compared to Canadians? Please be frank.
I almost placed order with HBN when I came across multiple forum posts from late 2013 about it.
(please don't say something general like "both are good... " I'd like to hear some real comments)
