i I figured that ,
just disappointed in the recommendation of a friend to get a VPS in OVH and leave old vps provider, so now my vps on old provider is expired, and my sites now do not work.. I am and sad because I expected the seriousness from OVH....What to expect from them in the event of a problem, if 6+ days can not deliver a vps..

and I do not know whether my vps start time be calculated from the date when delivered or from date when is paid....If they deliver it...

Your next due date would be a month off the delivery date, so if it were delivered on the 15th of June your next due date would be 15th July.

I ordered a classic VPS and it was setup within 5-10 mins, had my ovh account for a number of years though so I didn't need to verify.
