Is something wrong with the speed of my server?

This is ridiculous. I received the last email with the support Ticket #2014061877000081 on the 24 of July and no other response since, even thought I send a reminder daily. This has always happened when I need support. It would prolong and finally its closer to the expiry date or even surpassed the date, I would have to continue paying or just lose the box without having used it at all.

Now it's even worse cause every time we want a new box we have to pay a set-up fee.

And I'm guessing I have to pay the set up fee again?

Only if you order a new server in that DC

Hello

Try again and also use the local BHS Proof http://bhs.proof.ovh.net/

I have a couple of servers located at RBX and I decided to try out the BHS servers and the speeds on BHS is super slow as compared to the RBX servers. I tried looking for where I can send support, but it seems there's only that public support form which I did not get any reply yet. Can anyone give some insight on this?
