VPS personally speaking is a great source for bringing maximum visitors. I think the visitors here like to stay because of it's efficient working. You got many 30000 visitors according to the size of of your blog and i am amazed to see that. Generally speaking the domain name with
domain search are very essential for this and then server is looked upon and also its efficiency and working capability.
Yes of course it can, VPS is highly versatile
can this be changed after ? from WordPress to CentOS let's say.

VPS Classic 1 has 1GB of ram but you can add some swap. Personally I'd get something bigger and because your using wordpress which is a complete hog don't be surprised if it just falls over.

If you choose the Wordpress option as an installation then it will come with everything you need to start your website...it will already be installed and will provide you with login details.
The server will also have a DNS server pre-installed, you will be able to manage this through the control panel using details that will be emailed to you shortly after installation.

The restriction will be on resources such as CPU. You might find that with that many visitors you exceed that limit and would be better with a VPS or Dedicated server.

I'm interested of buying a hosting package (Personal) for my blog. I know you have unlimited bandwidth but do you have a restriction on how many visitors I have in one month ? My blog is 500 MB in size and I have more than 30000 visitors per month.
