5 days ago I've tried to order a dedicated server but I couldnt get any response for my membership authorization. I've already sent my passport, bill scan to your email address "validation@ovh.net" but couldnt get any respond from, and because of not being able to authorize my membership, my order also expired.

How long I have to wait for this process and I want to know that if after I purchase a dedicated server from you and a problem occurs are you going to respond my problem like this way?.
