5 days ago I've tried to order a dedicated server but I couldnt get any response for my membership authorization. I've already sent my passport, bill scan to your email address "" but couldnt get any respond from, and because of not being able to authorize my membership, my order also expired.

How long I have to wait for this process and I want to know that if after I purchase a dedicated server from you and a problem occurs are you going to respond my problem like this way?.
