I did have this issue with my VPS also but not with my Dedicated Servers (or IPs) - Shoot them an email, I did and I believe they've now marked my account so it no longer requires manual verification.

Never been a problem for me personally with OVH servers, RIPE Blocks have always been delivered within a few minutes usually and same with servers, heck I've even ordered a server before which said 72 hours and got it a few minutes later.
So maybe it is just me - lately all my payments are marked as "manually processed" whatever that means. I have been a client for a few years and never had any trouble with payments, so I am not sure why is this.

Lack of sales support is lack of technical support in this case.
Dedicated Servers from OVH are processed automatically I believe, I've always had my OVH servers delivered very fast and I've often ordered at times/days where their teams don't work, yet they've still been delivered within a matter of minutes.

UK site shows Monday to Friday and doesn't show 24/7, however there is 24/7 incident support for all countries, incident support is support for basically when there's something wrong with your server (it's down, hardware failure etc).

Why getting new IP addresses is so slow? Ordered about an hour ago and still not even an email acknowledging purchase...
