I have a kimsufi box with OVH for some time now and its expiring tomorrow, I want to keep it as I have alot of my data and am using it, but I cannot pay the renewal amount due to some error with the Manager, it says something about my country being wrong, I submitted a ticket to support days ago but no solution so far...please help as I dont want to lose my server tomorrow!
My support message:

When I try to to renew my account, II get the following notice:
"Your billing country doesn't correspond to this page, please go to the site of your country to continue the renewal of your services or products."
I've registered my box from Belgium & I'm trying to renew it from a connection in Belgium. I logged in via the ovh.com site.
Could you please check what the problem is.
